My lower back got injured while deadlifting. I have 2+ years of lifting experience and this time i felt i won't be able to lift for atleast a couple of months.

I visited Drishti Physiotherapy and Dr. Disha was able to solve my problem in just one session with a simple exercise. She was also very nice to explain me the cause of my problem, how can I avoid it in the future and verified the form of my other exercises.

With her help I was back lifting heavy in just 2 weeks!

She diagnosed the issue very well and invested time in explaining all the the technicalities. Suggested exercises that has helped in with my shoulder impingement that has lasted for years. Has also adviced me well on a few other details that can help my performance with sports specific training.
