I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Anshul Khosla as my therapist. From the very first session, he managed to create an environment where I felt completely at ease, making it easy for me to open up about my concerns. His ability to pinpoint the core issues I was facing was truly impressive; he is incredibly precise and direct in identifying the root causes of my problems.

Through our discussions, Dr. Khosla guided me to see things from a different perspective, often helping me realize that some of my worries were unfounded. This newfound awareness has been eye-opening, and I'm amazed at how he managed to help me uncover solutions that were already within me but remained unnoticed.

There was a story I had shared about my anxiety (as fear)

He explained the difference between anxiety and fear; with as simple example of a lion, if it appeared in that room. We would be scared. That’s real fear. And fear keeps us safe physically. And anxiety is perception of fear.

This example stuck with me and helps me from time to time. When things get complicated. This lion helps.

Otherwise too. I’m a well read person; and I find talking to Anshul equally engaging. As he stays up to date with recent research and findings.

He’s compassionate towards my feelings and reactions. A good listener.
