My father, Mr. Vikram Bhatt took an appointment at the Santacruz clinic. Dr. Aggarwal was highly recommended by Dr. Pravin Sajnani. My father waited till 8:30 for a 7:10 appointment that was given to us. The receptionist then told him that he was next when suddenly the doctor came out and took in another patient. Such unprofessionalism from a professional is shocking and uncalled for. This was so insulting and disrespectful for a patient in pain who couldn't even sit to have waited for an hour and a half only to be let down. Would never recommend this clinic or the doctor.

I am very disappointed with the nursing staff at the hospital. post surgery consultation coordination is abysmal. extremely unprofesional staff with no iota of patient care and concern. the receiptonist just has no clue to handle patient grievances. the nursing staff needs to understand the basic etiquette of patient care.

Vinod sir is like my son and I am 72 years old I am walking 16 km a day it is first God and then only Vinod sir who helped me and treated me whenever I got pain in my legs it's been 16 months back I had visited he is gods messenger to treat the patients god bless you may God gives you strength and happiness in your life

Dr. Agrawal is an expert orthopedic. He gave proper attention to my mother's injured wrist and the treatment went seamless and quick. My mother being diabetic and age 64 yrs, we were worried. But now we are quite satisfied.
