I had appointment with Dr Sneha Mhatre for getting my retainers fixed a few months ago. I visited the clinic in Goregean West. The clinic was a small but s well maintained and an organised one.

My appointment was scheduled for 10.30 am. I did not have to wait too long for my appointment as the appointments for the day were scheduled well.

I had my the treatment for braces done twice. I developed a gap between my front teeth even after wearing the retainers for a long period of time once the treatment was compelete. I couldn’t visit my previous doctor as I had changed cities. I was suggested Dr Sneha’s clinic by my family doctor.

Before beginning with anything, Dr Sneha examined my teeth and then presented the best options I could opt for the treatment.

Dr Sneha took time to explain the process and the history of the problem which a very few doctors generally do. This made me feel at ease and reduced the fear of visiting dentists.

Dr Sneha explained in detail on how I need to be using the retainers and the precautions that need to be taken. The tools were kept handy for any of the dental related procedures. The clinic was clean and hygienic. I received the retainers on time from the clinic.

I would like to thank Dr Sneha for for her time and effort she puts in for the patients. Overall I had a good experience.

At my first appointment Dr sneha explain about issues of my teeth, treatment process, cost and duration require for completion of treatment. I have started my treatment from November 2021 with implimentation of metalic braces & toung trainer it will help me to train my toung to keep toung in proper position & within 6 to 7 months itself I can see favourable results. Doctor is very friendly and makes you very comfortable. She maintains very good hygiene and cleanliness in her clinic. The staff is also very nice. The staff makes sure we dont have to wait for long. They call us personally and reschedule the appointments if any changes are made by Doctor. They also revert on calls and whats app very quickly. Dr sneha is very excellent Doctor. We are very happy with her. Me and my cousin sister took the treatment for our teeth alignment. Unless and untill Doctor is not satisfied with our perfect look or smile, she guides us so well for it to happen. I just like hwr humbleness. Thank you doc for giving me perfect smile.
