Ms. Shikha Gala

Shikha holds a masters Degree in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics from Mumbai University. She is also a Diabetic Educator and Certified Sports Nutritionist and Nutrigenomic counselor. She holds an experience of 3 years in this field with an expertise in weight loss, diabetes, renal conditions and other therapeutic based diet. She is working towards school based nutrition education program and also associated with Healing Harmony clinic. She believes in the concept of holistic diet approach where your nutrition should meet your lifestyle needs and merging nutrition to achieve the health goals. Her finesse diet which are just not innovative but lies in the interest of needy. She believes in "Eat for the body you want and for the body you have"
