I was having continuous headache and fainted once then the doctor i consulted asked me to get MRI done I got my MRI done on 15th Nov 2023 the report shocked with subdural haemotama with 9.8 mm thickness in left cerebral and 5mm of midline shift with mass effect a situation where brain surgery was required I consulted Dr. S.N.Shenoy the very next day who suggested to first go with medicine for 5 days in 5 days the thickness reduced to 7 mm and there was decrease in midline shift post that he advised to continue with the medicine for 1 month since the situation came to non surgery zone and within a month the midline shift and mass effect has vanished and I got cured with his medicine. It was 19th June 2020 when my Dad had issues with walking, hand movement and maintaining balance while walking. We visited a local doctor who suggested us that there may be signs of Paralysis and we may have to admit him to the hospital.

Considering the current covid-19 pandemic situation me and my entire family were worried about my Dad and were scared what will happen as even the thought of admitting my Dad to the hospital during this pandemic gave us a nightmare.

One of my Dads friend who had been treated by Dr Shenoy suggested us to consult him.

We got panicked and immediately shared the reports to Dr Shenoy and after assessing the reports Dr informed me that my Dad had got a paralytic stroke and that 99.99% it will get cured by the medicines and consultation that he will suggest and there will no need for him to get admitted.

It is that day and now since we have been regularly consulting the doctor and have been taking all the medication and treatment advised by him, my Dad has recovered very well and he has started walking again on his feet.

Visited Dr. Shenoy, waiting was for more than 3 hours at his Naupada Clinic post taking appoinment. Doctor can give more time or do detail check up of patient's problem, He still has covid time glass cover in front of his table making it difficult to interact with him.

Dr. Shenoy treated me while I have deltoid muscle paralysis resulting my left hand paralysis , he has *********** carried out my spine surgery which resulted my left hand working normal.

Dr Shenoy also treated my mother when in unfortunate event of road accident she got brain and spine injuries, my mother was paraplegic when admitted in hospital but Dr Shenoy has treated her and now she can walk and independently she can manage her routine activities.

Last month my friend Rehman who has been a heart patient suffered a sever brain stroke accompanied with partial paralysis. He was almost in coma . He was shifted from one hospital to the other in that paralytic state . Two, three doctors opinions were taken and all suggested to go ahead with brain surgery except for Dr. Shenoy *** *** **** *** **** ** ** ** **** ******* ****** . We were all in two minds not knowing what to do but Dr. Shenoy put us at ease and told us not to go ahead with the surgery as it would have its dire consequences. And that we should follow the conservative method in curing Rehman, which we followed and the results today are in front of us. In a months time and under Dr. Shenoys guidance , Rehman has shown rapid recovery and two days ago started walking on his own without anyone's aid . It will take a while for Rehman to recover completely with the help of physiotherapy.

What has happened is nothing short of a miracle with Rehman . If it weren't for Dr. Shenoy nothing of this would be possible . We will forever be indebted to you Doctor !!!! My mother was suffering from brain haemorrhage and 2 doctors suggested for surgery but we consulted dr. Shenoy he confidently told no need surgery. And my mother recovered within one month thanks to doctor.

I visited the doctor on account of head ache. He has recommended the medicine which am sure will work. His approach to treatment is much different from the contemporary doctors. I really appreciate his take on medication in his words "aim is to cure the problem with minimum amount of medicines and least side effects" I would certainly recommend this doctor to my friends and family.
