I'm from Melbourne Australia and I visited Mumbai for the past few weeks to explore & determine which dental clinic can provide my mother with the most professional treatment for an All on Four Dental implants. From the moment I entered the Aesthetic Smile Dental Clinic I was introduced to Dr Ritika Arora. My 1st impression was the cleanliness and the fitoutis modern with the latest technology & dental equipment. Her professional approach together with her overwhelming credentials made me feel at ease immediately. She explained the complete process from start to finish from the moment you arrive in India till the day you depart. She will then sit down and explain the complete treatment plan and the costs involved so that there are no hidden surprises. Not many clinics have this credential. My mother will get her treatment in August and I have no hesitation that this will be a great success. If you are considering dental treatment abroad then this clinic has to on top of your priority list. You may be surprised how affordable it is.

Excellent experience as usual. I hv been consulting dr Arora for more than 8/9 years. She provides excellent treatments to our family.

The clinic smelled like a sewer. It was unbearable. Dr. Ritika Arora was late for the appointment. She didn't have the courtesy to greet me or introduce herself. And she instructed me to leave my shoes in the reception.

Not a word of apology for arriving late. No polite request to leave my shoes in the reception. From the look (and smell) of the clinic and the unprofessionalism that was exhibited, * ***** **** **** ******* *** *** *** ****** ** *** ********** ** ** *** **** ** ******* *****

Disclaimer: I have this distrust for doctors.

Here again got a confirmation, & I know I am right!

Dr Ritika is probably great as a dentist, but, I found her very insensitive * ********* ***** ***** **** ******* ********** * ** * ********** *** ******* ***** **** ****

She did what I needed *** ******* ** ***** *********** ** ********** ***** * *** ****** ********* which I expected & she was probably right.

But, she should realise that we pay hard earned money & a doctor-patient relationship is a fiduciary relation & goes way into the future once cultivated

She made me feel so uncomfortable & even after I was done & paid for the treatment at the reception desk, she actually scowled when I asked about the post treatment ( it was just the filling of a cavity) !!! That was the last straw and lworst part of a bad experience & the gist of this review!

Dr Ritika & her team were excellent. The attention extended along with their soft skills during the treatment made me feel comfortable & looked after. The clinic is well maintained & very clean. The results what I saw after my treatment were far beyond my expectation. Thank You Dr Ritika & Team.

So with a broken bridge not sure what to do as my previous dentist had shifted base to another city . so google comes to your rescue as usual and was looking for good dental clinic. Came across Aesthetic Dental Clinic, a quick appointment, limited wait and Detailed analysis by Dr. Ritika Arora , who actually matched reviews on google , was very professional at her work and suggested me for implants .

So I had three extracts and 3 dental implants on the same day sounds scary but the procedure was painless though some discomforts for few days but that’s a natural. After 4 months the implants were restored with 4 ceramic crowns. And so now I can eat .

Modern clinic , very professional , affordable and the overall experience at Aesthetic smiles dental clinic is good especially for nervous patients like me who tend to neglect dental treatment

Was looking for a good dental clinic in mumbai , found Dr Ritika online and was quite impressed with her credentials and the reviews on google

I was struggling with a old broken bridge with missing teeth . On Consultation with Dr Ritika suggested me immediate dental implants.

I had 3 teeth extracted and 3 dental implants place on the same day . The procedure was painless though there was some nagging discomfort for a few days later which is quite normal when you have so much dental work done in one sitting

After 4 months the dental implants were restored with 4 ceramic crowns. I happy to be back to enjoying my food.

I had come to the clinic yesterday for a routine check up and cleaning of my teeth. I had visited the clinic once before and was really satisfied so I came back. But this time I was not really happy as I wanted to clean my teeth which was done but the teeth polishing was not done and also I was charged 1800rs which I feel is too expensive for cleaning of teeth and no polishing as far as I remember the last time I paid was 500 Rs and Dr Ritika was really professional with explaining in details of my dental health. I hope you discuss the charges before hand so patient are mentally prepared .
