Dr Rashmi Shukla has 11 plus years of experience in the field of Ophthalmology.
During her years of work she has operated close to 3000 cataract surgeries and 1000 plus of Refractive and LASER procedures.
With an academic bent of mind, Dr Rashmi has been awarded scholarships during her training years. She was also awarded travel grant and scholarship to attend a short term fellowship in Cornea and LASIK at the Asan Medical Institute , Seoul , South Korea. With a keen eye on research her project was awarded the Best Paper at the Advanced Research Workshop at P.D.Hinduja Hospita, Mumbai 2011 and also the Best Video presentation award at the American Academy of Ophthalmology Conference Chicago in October 2014.
She believes in the process of continuous learning and sharing knowledge and therefore has attended and been actively involved in the organisation of various national and international conferences and CME. She has been faculty , moderator and instructor in many of these conferences.
