The clinic was shut,so we waited outside for a while and later called up the clinic number which no one responded to.Directly calling up on doctor's number someone responded that he is out of town and will be back after 6-7 days.If the patient is expected to inform about not turning up for the appointment,the clinic should also update the patient about the same.Had to finally leave from outside the clinic.
