To start with, I felt

Ambience was nice n pleasing.

It stood strongly with the name Dentease.

Doctor Nysha took the initiative to see that I was at ease during the course of the entire Dental Treatment.

Dr explained the dental problems, discussed the treatment she wanted to do and the costs it will incur.

Zirconia crowns was perfect n I liked it although it took some more time for the bridge crown to be fixed to be honest.

Overall, I am happy with the Dental Treatment I got at Dentease 👍

Will definitely recommend my family and friends to get their Dental Treatment done at Dentease.

Dr Nysha was one of my experience of the dentist so far. She made me soo comfortable of the tooth extraction surgery which I was verrry scared of. she paitently explained everything and gave her suggestions understanding as a paitient how confused I was. post surgery she was always available and made sure I go through no pain. She took initiative herself to ask for feedback and was always available in case of any problem. If she is your Dentist you don't need anyone else ! I would highly recommend and thank her for my smooth procedure. I am set for my root canal too now, I am sure I am in safe hands !

Dr Nysha Garg was very welcoming and appreciative of the fact I turned up for a general dentist checkup.she explained me flaws in brushing my teeth, explained the areas where tar is accumulated and told me clearly how scaling removes it.during scaling she was very responsive for any minor complaints which I had. which I feel is super important according to me. She has a TV right above your head while the scaling process is going on. The equipment which she has is very modern and quite impressive.I would definitely visit the clinic twice a year for checkup and I feel everyone in India should have a dental check-up done once a year

I visited the dentist thru Practo.

There was no waiting as I was the only one in the clinic. Initially, I visited for Dental cleaning but doc suggested cavity and 1 RCT. Hence I decided to go for both procedure on the day of treatment.

Later, the RCT was done by another dentist at Ms. Garg's clinic who visited especially to do my RCT procedure, My worry was I wasn't aware about the other doctor's background & experience *** ***** * ***** **** **** ******* *** *** ** ******** ** * ******** In my experience, I've never visited a dentist who would call another dentist for any critical treatments. Additionally, I asked my reports and xrays to be uploaded on Practo which is still not uploaded but rather it was sent to me on Whatsapp. Its an additional tasks for me to keep my medical history on Practo.

Doctor is very empathetic. Explains issue very clearly, multiple times if necessary so that patients can mull things over and make informed decisions. Very responsive to feedback regarding inconvenience/pain during the treatment, which is an often overlooked and underappreciated by most dentists (at least in my opinion). Clinic infrastructure looks modern and up to date. Spared no convenience when it comes to patient's comfort. Very little wait time. Also, very accommodating for rescheduling. Overall quite customer-centric service, which is very appreciated. 10/10 would recommend her to others.

Firstly, the appointment started bang on time and that's always great. The look and feel of the clinic was amazing and it's also at a very convenient location next to Western Express Highway at Goregaon. The facilities and equipments looked very modern and to my amazement, there was also an overhead screen with entertaining videos just for me while I was comfortably seated on the treatment chair. The absence of pain was another pleasant surprise. The treatment got done quickly and the results were amazing. I've now decided to trust Dr. Nysha Garg with all my dental treatments in the future. I am very happy with the treatment for my son. He had a cavity and I had got it filled up earlier with another doctor but it came out after sometime. Then I showed him to another doctor who said that the filling will not stay. My son was facing lot of problems while eating and then I showed him to Dr. Nysha Garg. She understood the problem well and then treated the same. She also said that if I would not have got it filled up, it might have developed into a root canal. I am very happy that I showed my son to her within time and got the treatment done.

I highly recommend Dr Nysha Garg for her professionalism and thorough explanation of the dental issues in layman terms and for not forcing any treatment on her patients, but giving them the choice go decide after weighing all the pros and cons and treatment options. I visited her twice and both times was very happy with the experience and the end result.

I visited Dr Nysha for dental fillings.

One of the finest clinics I have seen. Very soothing ambience, world class chair and X-ray. The whole place felt very cozy, clean and hygienic. I have this phobia of hospitals but this one felt like at home and the treatment was painless. The doctor and the staff were very cordial. She also took time to explain me how to maintain teeth after treatment in everyday routine as well how to help my toddler do the same. I recommend Dr Nysha anytime.
