Hi! My name is Ankita Vaze. Before working with Mukta, I was struggling with obesity and was determined to reduce my weight. During that time, I often felt overwhelmed and unsure about how to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Other than weight issues, I was dealing with several medical conditions like PCOD, bilious vomiting, frequent gas issues, hairfall, low blood pressure, poor sleep habits, and heartburn.
My starting weight was 66.9 kgs.
Last year, I had been on a trip to Rajasthan where many women in our group tour, who were in their 50's looked fit and were at their best, energy wise! I was inspired looking at them.
My elder sister was also the motivation for me to start my own transformation because she was one of Mukta's clients and I could see noticable changes in her. In few months of starting the process, I became noticeably thinner, my double chin disappeared, jawline was visible and my face looked more defined. I also feel lighter, more energetic, and overall healthier.
Besides this, I have seen a lot of positive changes in my overall health. My periods have become regular, heartburn has significantly reduced, and bilious vomiting has decreased. I also get better-quality sleep now. I have had a healthy weight loss and feel much more energetic and active than before.
Mentally and emotionally, I feel much more confident, positive, and motivated. I have greater clarity of mind, reduced stress levels, and an overall sense of well-being. I feel happier, more energetic, and proud of the progress I’ve made.
I achieved healthy weight loss. I came down from
66.9 to 56.5 kgs, I have reduced 10.4 kgs. I also improved my medical conditions and have developed a more disciplined and balanced lifestyle. I feel extremely proud, happy, and grateful for these changes, and I am much more confident and motivated to continue maintaining this healthier version of myself.
The overall experience was truly wonderful.
