I never really saw myself as the kind of person that needed "help" or was depressed in any way, as I truly have a wonderful life. However, at the time I had been struggling with a personal issue that in my mind, seemed so large. Ms Aaisha helped me realise that no one has a perfect life and that it's ok to have an issue or two - in fact, she made me look at my seemingly large issue in such a way that I never would have even thought of. She taught me how to push through it and fight back the negative feelings I had been having by replacing them with positive affirmations and feelings of gratitude for the amazing things I already have in my life. Rather than focusing on the few bad things I was going through, I learned to count my many blessings and in turn, my attitude totally changed.

Being married and living with a new family can be daunting especially if you have lived on your own. I really struggled to live with my in laws. It also impacted my relationship with my husband. Aaisha really help me understand myself better and help find a way to work the living arrangement with my in-laws. In the last 9 months, we all have lot of improvement and have bonded a lot.
