It was a pleasure to have Dr. Meenal as my therapist. She has been observant, polite & understanding with me throughout my healing process. I am glad that she was my therapist because we were able to cooperate well and we created a safe space where I could talk about my feelings & judgements freely without any hesitation or fear of being judged. She has encouraged me to do better during my good times & supported me through my bad times. She helped me move on from a few things & helped me accept things with which I wasn't okay. With the help of Dr .Meenal I am leaving a disciplined and Happy life . She makes sure she messages and call me every day without fail to motivate me and provide support to me I'm extremely grateful that I got a chance to have Dr. Meenal as my therapist.

On the very first day of my counseling, Meenal Mam understood my problem and gave solution for the same. She listens to all my problems patiently, understands the root cause and then gives solutions for all the problems. Post visiting her I have not faced the problem of panic attack. I have attended only 3 sessions but have faced good result. *** ** *** ***** Earlier I used to live with fear of death each moment, however post her counseling I have started living my life happily. V were put on counselling, vth Dr Minal,housed under kirans mind clinic. She heard me and my husband one to one. Giving each of us privacy to voice our problems and helped us find solutions with small targets set, for a week, month, that's our exercise, one thing to be sorted at one time. Hypnotic therapy, Forgiveness therapy,is practiced. When I'd call her, she would listen to Wat I have to say. Many professionals act so busy that they tell us come for a session. Or don't take our calls, when v really need them. She understands the nature of the patients and deals accordingly. Plus, her observation and feedback is discussed with the Dr Kiran, who treats us. It was a wonderful experience talking to Meenal ma’m over my prolonged mental health issues. She understood my situation well, spoke to me in a friendly manner and addressed each and every aspect of my issues nicely. I look forward to more therapy sessions with her.
