But there was no improvement and pain did not subside. I decided to visit Dr. Deshpande and it turned out right decision. His diagnosis was to the point and asked me to get admitted. I religiously followed the 5 day treatment and all the pathya. During that 5 days, my pain subsided significantly and was able to move my neck and sleep well.
