From the beginning, Dr. Mehta and his staff, Reshma, Mamta on the front desk, Dr. Charvi, Akshay, Prathmesh, Shashank, etc. have been very gentle, transparent, empathetic, and responsive. After an initial virtual consultation, Dr. Mehta suggested various possible treatments with different outcomes based on comfort level. The interaction did not feel pressured at all unlike the other few clinics that I had consulted with. Reshma did a fantastic job thereon to follow up, helping me with my queries, and even went as far as to help me reserve hotels and find food and transportation.

The in-clinic experience was just as good. Dr. Malay kept his appointment time on the dot (I've never had that with a doctor in India). We went through the procedure, expectations, and precautions. The procedure started promptly and throughout the process, I was comforted. Dr. Malay explained all the things he was doing during the process. The same thing was done the next day for the procedure as well. I highly recommend the FUE method performed at Dr. Malays clinic as it was painless(other than the tiny anesthesia pricks) and has given me fantastic results.

Overall, my experience has been really good with Dr. Malay. If anyone is looking for a no-nonsense no-pressure hair transplant experience, I would really recommend Dr. Malay and his staff for it.

Dr Malay is the most friendly, personable & empathetic doctor when it comes addressing the concerns of the patients. I had hairfall issues, dandruff & hair thinning problems. Seeing good hair results i have recently started taking consultation regarding skin as well. Dr Malay also provides facility for online consultation & hence i can continue my consultation even when I shift abroad, which is a big relief.

On the day I visited, the clinic seemed to have booked 8 surgeries. My appointment was for 4.45pm, 6 out of the 8 surgeries were done and 2 going on, the doctor was too busy to attend other as he seemed to be needed for the surgeries. My question is why overbook appointments, wasting people's time making them wait for more than an hour. The doctor also seemed like he was in a rush which makes sense as he had surgeries to attend to. I would have been fine if I was given a different day appointment and the doctor was available on time.

In spite of free consultation they charged me again over phone call 5min conversation. When I spoke to receptionist why I have pay fee for this ** * *** ***** ******* ******* ** **** ******* ** ***** **********receptionist replied why you called dr. U have taken phone consultation then you have to pay fee otherwise I will not send you new prescription of pimples medicines. I really don't understand instead of treating this they are charging fee again and again. 4 to 5 time I had visited this clinic but still no result

I went to Dr. Malay Mehta for CO 2 laser treatment for skin tag. His expertise in dermatology is extremely impressive.
