I am writing this review after six months of my surgery performed by Dr. Laxman Salve at Apollo Spectra Chembur. Many of his patients have shared their stories due to the extraordinary treatments offered by him. Initially I thought that my stories may not add much to his glories. But then I felt that there is no other ways to express my gratitude towards him.

I was suffering from anal fistula for long five years. In other way, I waited for five years to meet him and gain enough confidence for surgery. Because all other doctors I visited prior to that just have warned and scared me with serious after surgery complications and possibility of repeated surgery. On the very first day, Dr. Salve quickly noticed that I am also suffering from grade 2 piles along with fistula. This was a new observation that was not told to me by any other doctors after careful examination. He suggested a new method (to me) of surgery combining both laparoscopy as well open cut that was innovative and required experienced hands. Most importantly, he assured me about 100 percent recoveries with 100 percent confidence that nobody could offer. On that very day I realized that I have reached to the right person. He was so liberal and confident that he planned my surgery after one and half month because I had assignments involving travel. The rest all stories were quite smooth. Apollo Spectra Chembur provided all facilities and support for the surgery that was performed by Dr. Salve and his team with their experience hands. Thanks to their expertise that there were no complications and it required only one day of hospitalization. Not the least, he was so friendly that he regularly called me for follow up (as per my convenience!) till he was sure about full recovery. It was really a pleasure to receive treatments from him. I am really grateful to him for helping me to get back my normal life.

At 4 am I was admitted by my daughter . I was little cautious and told doctor that pl treat me and make me ok at any cost . I don't have BP or diabetes issue . Then I don't know what happened . After three days I opened my eyes and seen world again . Seen my family . Seen my friends and then met doctor Salve . He told me i am out of danger . Then I was under his treatment for two months . During this period I seen messenger of God in Dr Salve . He was always treating me as very special case and calling me as always Sir . Every day he was coming with very new and positive mood and was inspiring me . Resulting recovery was very fast. At the time of discharge he shown me my intestine pics before and after operation . He told that there were nine holes in my intestine due to stabbing and he stitched eight and covered the stomach. Then he suspected for nineth hole . Again he opened stomach and stitched nineth hole . It was wonderful to hear all these from him . If that hole could have kept open , there might be poisoning again in my stomach . So his presence of mind have saved my second operation . One more important point he told me , after my admission in hospital and before taking to operation, ACP of Panvel came to hospital and suggested doctor to declare case as ARRIVAL ON DEATH " in presence of my daughter . But doctor Salve was so confident and told clearly that patient is very positive and he will handle and recover the case . KUDOS to Doctor Salve and his confidence about his knowledge and experience. My daughter stunned by ACP 's talk . But kept mum. Finally I am recovered and discharged with good health after 2 months . Today I am celebrating my another birth day only because of Dr Laxman Salve . After discharge I did not take any single tablet / medicine . But I am for in all respect at the age of 62 . God bless Doctor Salve always with good health and prosperity. And wish him to be always many more success in such critical operations for life of his patients . He suggested best and latest method. He ensured economic solution inspite of my being ready to spend extra money due to my concern about my health. My main concern was to have lasting solution. He given freedom to get the check up n tests done from any lab and also suggested few which are suitable to me. The operation was suppose to be complicated but he never let me feel that way and I was at hone within two days. He asked me to visit as per my convenience post surgery and ensured constant contact with me through Mobil. I am really happy and consider fortunate to get myself associated with Dr Laxman Salve. I am absolutely healthy and recovered without any side effect or restrictions on lifestyle. He explained me importance of regular exercise and food and good habit to keep health problem and doctor away. Very professional and good person at heart.

I am writing this feedback to share my experiences with Dr Laxman Salve while having treatment for fistula from him. I had consulted 3 to 4 surgeons before consulting Dr Salve for fistula problem. Dr. Salve is extremely thorough in diagnosing the situation. He told me that you are having complex fistula but no need to worry and you will be fine without complication of recurrence and incontinence. That confidence of him brought great sense of relief to me and actually helps me to undergo surgery. During surgery and follow up sessions he deals with patience and friendly attitude. He always used to say that you will be alright without any complication and this is my promise. Now, while my treatment is still going on but I am feeling a lot better. I can say that Dr Salve is one the best in this field and the way he treats his patient is phenomenal. My feedback will be incomplete without acknowledging Dr. Neha Jadhav. A very nice person who has always took great care of her patients. She was always available over phone for help. Really big thanks to her. I would like to thank all the staff of healing hands clinic who were also very helpful. I strongly recommend Dr. Salve for anyone who is suffering from fistula or similar kind of problem.
