Pregnancy is the most amazing experience for each woman & so i thought it will be for me. I was doing fine for 3.5 months and then i started to feel anxious due to different reasons like " worrying about delivery" , " how will i cop up throughout 9 months " and many more.

I started searching for pregnancy meditation classes and thats how i got Dr. Yatri Thakkar's reference over net. Had a discussion with her over phone and went for a Yoga session, enjoyed my yoga session. On that day itself i described her my issues and she suggested to take a counselling session. Till then i was not aware that she also specializes in Homeopathic medicine and Is also International Child Birth educator.

I took my first counselling session, she heard me patiently regarding my history, prescribed some medication which is completely safe during pregnancy and also advised certain meditation technique.
