Hello, I got to know about Dr. Vinit Shah around 3-4 years ago when I was searching for the best eye specialist in Borivali. After that, I visited his clinic sometimes for my routine eye checkup. Basically, I was suffering from High Myopia in both eyes. My spectacle numbers were -16.5 and -15.5 in the right and left eye respectively. In addition to that my retina is also very much thin in size. Last month, I decided to undergo IPCL (Implantable Phakic Contact Lens) surgery in both eyes to achieve Spectacle independence and correct my vision up to some extent. So, Dr. Shah examined all the prerequisite tests needed for my eye surgery. Based on that he believed that we could proceed with the surgery. Dr. Shah was extremely helpful and guided me very well through the entire process. He did explain and answer all my queries during that entire time.

Earlier this month, I finally underwent my left eye surgery and then followed by right eye surgery after 10 days. Both surgeries were highly successful. Also, one thing to mention, the process was not very painful and I have recovered quickly by using the topical drops regularly.

Now, I don't need to wear specs anymore and I did realise my vision has also got better with the implantable lens. It was an overwhelming experience for me as I used to wear specs for the last 27 years and now I finally can see things clearly without using specs. I thank Dr Shah from the bottom of my heart as because of him, I'm feeling so happy and confident than ever.

I would also like to thank all the staff members who were so helpful during my surgery and follow-up appointments. Special mention to Sakshi, she was supportive and was one call away for any medication / topical-related queries. Thank a lot again.

I went to Doctor for my sore eye problem.I had booked appointment for 5 but went inside doctors chember at 4:40 only so waiting was very minimal.he carefully listen to my problem & checked my eyes after checking he prescribed two drops,which are very good & I started feeling good from the first dose only.thank you .

Dr.vinit Shah explain everything before surgery,he also give some guidelines and medicines before operation,even the complicated operation do very smoothly.leter on he examin and give eye drops and follows till patients is completely cure.very mild and generous doctor, I fully reccomanded him for any eye operation.
