I spoke to the doctor ‘Varun Jain’ on an urgent note a day prior to treatment and he studied my Xray online after which he guided me how to go about it very well and I took offline appointment the next day for my wisdom tooth extraction. It was a bit complicated for me given that tooth was in a corner where leverage was difficult but the doctor removed it so quickly and in a relaxed state of mind . Him the removal was done meticulously and easily with no worry.

Prior to removal of the tooth he took an INTRA Oral Scan where I could see an entire image of my teeth structure in the actual form over a TV screen kept above. The scan technology is one of a kind and not available anywhere in Mumbai so far or barely available. It is the future technology. Since there was a TV above , the doctor gave me an option to switch on something on YouTube and see so as to distract my mind off the process. He applied the injection and thereafter the removal was very smooth and painless. I was very surprised because tooth extractions are usually very painful even post the removal but in this case there was no swelling and no icing was needed to apply and no antibiotics too except for SOS as suggested by the doctor. My day even after extraction was smooth. And not painful as I had expected . I could easily do my normal activities and today being a second day is running smoother too. Hoping that in 3 to 4 days it feels completely back to normal.

One more good is that the doctor picked his phone even at 8 pm for a doubt I had and communicated well without getting irritated or work tantrums or without stating that I should only call the clinic number. The doctor is soft spoken and fast at work. I definitely recommend my friends relatives and colleagues to visit him for any problem. He has a team too to look after the treatments which I have yet to experience but I am sure they would be very good too !!

I never had braces as a kid but as I got older I became more interested in straightening my teeth. I have seen many different orthodontists for consults, but I never felt comfortable starting treatment and actually getting the braces until I met Dr. Varun Jain.

I have been pleased with his kindness and professionalism, He took the time in the beginning to help me make the choice of which braces to try and made sure I was comfortable with my choice and the process every step of the way.
