Had a wonderful experience overall!!

To be very honest, her way of dealing with me as a patient, was pretty much keen. When it comes to dealing with a patient I think she knows how that particular disease has to be treated well…as she rectifies it. The plus point of visiting her is that she is so much soft spoken that you’d want to visit her again and again… I haven’t ever come across a doctor like that, who’s so much concerned to an extent for a patient and who gives all her effort, just so that the root cause of the disease get’s cured, and at the same time who makes the patient feel comfortable. I visited a skin doctor, from some clinic, and she was suggested by a friend as I had got severe skin allergy it to be treated on urgent basis…but she couldn’t really solve the skin allergy issue I had infact the medicines she suggested made it worse, and the infected area started bleeding more, I then remembered Dr. Punjabi from Nanavati who had treated me 2years ago with my tanned skin…my mom got connected to her over call… took the appointment and as soon as she came to know that my allergy was severe she then gave me a time slot on that day itself. After, I got treated by her at her own clinic at Khar, her staff took immense care in a way wherein they cleaned the wounded area and did dressing for the same…within few days due to Dr. Punjabi’s medications my allergy got cured and I was able to speak again… as the severe allergy had lessened…it was like some magic!

Here are a few of her many amazing qualities (I could go on forever about all the amazing qualities she has but just going to list a few)

Phenomenal Bedside Manner – whether as a patient you need a laugh, a caring smile or words, or a stern talking to (when I don’t follow instructions 😊), Dr. Vandana gets it right every single time. She intuitively knows what a patient needs and provides it.

Skillful and Knowledgeable – I met several dermatologists when I was looking to treat this condition and Dr. Vandana was the only one who had a holistic approach (including diet and lifestyle changes). She also made the effort to read extra research papers to find out more about treatment.

Patient, Attentive and knowledgeable – I had a whole load of questions (probably also from googling too much), and she patiently answers each question and always knew the answer or would find out.

Goes out of her way - Dr. Vandana just cares. Whether it’s the texts every few months asking how my skin doing or even finding a way to speak with a top doctor in the US about my condition, Dr. Vandana does everything in her power and more to help you feel better. What else could one ask for?

She is one of the sweetest doctors I know and she calmly hears your issues and most importantly understands each persons life style and personal issues to help tackle the problem and give a proper solution.

She is always a call away in time of emergency and puts her patients issues on priority.

The staff at the clinic is also helpful and efficient in their job for treatments of all patients. The clinic is also clean and well kept which gives each patient the comfort of coming.
