What an Amazing smile that was which vanishes all our fears towards anything& the way she call us.. and she will only refer to the tests which are most necessary and wonderful guidance and only thing was wait time is long....

I highly recommend Dr. Tanuja, she is the best and reliable doctor for complete pregnancy journey and post delivery. I have been visiting her since 5th month of my pregnancy and I would call myself lucky that we found her. You can tell she is quite experienced in Obstetrician department *** ***** ********* *********** *****. She manages her team well and is available 24*7 during last few weeks of pregnancy.

Let's start with the positive aspects. Initially, they had me fill out a comprehensive form covering topics relevant to my concerns, which I found helpful. I found the hospital to be squeaky clean, well-maintained, and hygienic.

However, the positives were overshadowed by the numerous issues I encountered during my visit. Despite the Practo wait time guarantee, I ended up waiting for over 60 minutes. When I was finally taken in, the doctor spent about 2-3 minutes listening to my issue before leading me to the examination room. The preparation for the exam involved getting undressed and seating on the examination chair. I found myself sitting in a state of undress and waiting on the examination chair for a whole 30 minutes. This left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed and anxious as the doctor attended to other patients.

While I did keep on asking for the doctor, I didn't feel comfortable confronting the doctor or staff about the wait when she finally arrived. The doctor finally attended to me and the examination went alright, and I was directed back to the consultation room for further advice. However, upon entering, I found the doctor attending to another patient, which led to another 10-15 minutes of waiting.

Eventually, I did receive attention and I was out within 5 minutes. The entire process from consultation to examination to consultation again took about 2 hours and 15 minutes, while the actual time spent with the doctor was just about 15 minutes.

To top it off, I wasn't provided with any consultation notes initially and had to insist on receiving them. Overall, despite high hopes based on reviews and the clinic's appearance, my experience left much to be desired.

While I won’t be visiting again, but I hope the doctor and clinic take into account my experience and ensure that other patients don’t go through the same embarrassing and unpleasant ordeal of waiting in a state of undress on the gynecological chair.

We have been consulting the Doctor for few months now. Our overall experience has been good. However the wait time is too too high. It always takes more than 3 hours for any consultation or test. The appointment timings given by staff are never adhered to. A one off situation is understood given it’s a hospital, however our experience with respect to delays has always been the same. I would recommend the doctor, however only if you are not a working person and can spend 3 to 4 hours at the hospital on the day of appointment.

Her diagnosis was all wrong, and was misleading which had become an issue with my wife. She should not have misleading information regarding my wife pregnancy.

Ma'am is very friendly and really explains everything well. The hospital is very clean and hygienic aswell.

during the first trimester of my pregnancy I got the issue of urinary retention. instead of explaining the issue, root cause and treatment I was asked to get admitted. I was admitted for 2 days and the issue was still not resolved. even after asking again and again we still did not get any information from the doctor about the issue. I was highly disappointed with their approach and got ripped of 25 to 30 thousand rupees for being admitted.
