Dr. Shilpa Nayak is the founder of Asthma & Allergy Clinic in Andheri-W, Mumbai. Both the doctor as well as the nurse Mrs.Kushalkar were equally cordial and professional. I was able to explain my issues based on which a detailed allergy test was conducted. Subsequent to the outcome of the test, customised medicine would be provided (not immediately. I am told to come and collect or they can courier it) The doc gave a lucid explanation of the diagnosis results and how it can be arrested. She will proceed only once the patient is throughly convinced with the treatment. I can only comment about the outcome once my treatment starts.

While we had a confirmed booking, Doctor consultant had a flight to catch and hence was very much in hurry. Did not even do a physical checkup of my child who is suffering from consistent cough and runny nose. She looked to hurry in and recommend some tests for further investigation.. Which looked a bit strange. I was looking to expect a detailed assessment considering that she is a specialist some quality inputs and willingness to address concerns of the parents. But came away completely disappointed. I hope she reads this and makes amends for future instances
