Dr. Ruchi Agrawal

I liked the doctors friendly attitude and for explaining to me the course of the treatment. Besides her consultation charges are very reasonable. I cannot speak about the ************* ** *** treatment as i am yet to start it. What I liked the most, is that I didn't had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I have observed that 9 out of 10 doctors, make you wait anything from half an hour to 1 hr inspite of a prior appointment on some pretext, but in reality they have only poor time management skills and they also show lack of respect for patients time. They can always evaluate in advance the time needed for each patient instead of punishing patients who turn up on time by asking them to wait. I have been so wary of waiting time that I have actually stopped visiting any Allopathy doctors since the last 8 to 10 yrs with the exception of breaking this rule just in this week.

Previous reviews are actually true. I am yet to start the treatment but i am already positive of the results i can expect. Dr. Agrawal is polite easy to understand. She will not let you out of space and make you feel comfortable. She talks to the point and gives all the necessary course of action. Dr. Ruchi Agarwal has a very pleasant and approachable personality which makes it very easy to communicate with her about the concerned issue. She identified the cause of the problem ********* and provided treatment for the same.

Had a lovely experience with Dr. And look forward to meeting her again.

The treatment and consultation of the doctor are really good no doubt in that. I only really disappointed with the First come first service rule of the hospital. It's good for hospitality but it is definitely not comfortable with the patients. Staff really need to understand, the patient had booked the appointment online because he/she had some other plans as well. Maybe the patient has to travel to longer distance after consultation etc.

Very good experience at Aastha Hospital. Doctor is affable, keeps good treatment and I have been visiting doctor since 2014 . Overall I would recommend Doctor Ruchi, since my siblings are also her patients . We all have experienced a good treatment and satisfied with her treatment

The price policy of hospital is horribl.

They charge 2.5% extra for debit card payment. ( Why have you taken debit card facility when you are not able to bear the charges for debit card swipe)

And for charge for small think like hand gloves are also asked from patient separately so what the use of lumsum payment. Poor experience

I had Allergy for the past 8 mths, and it keep reoccurring the minute I stopped treatment, she explained the reason and suggested medicines along with creams. The creams are really good, it has given me a lot of relief. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ruchi . Thank you so much Ma'am.

I have this acne issue since the longest time now. Have tried all the best possible doctors ,but when i met Doctor Ruchi **** *** *** **** ****** i could ask for.

Post some sittings my face improved a lot and now after 1 year my face is pimple free and shining brighter as ever.

Very humble she explained the whole process very nicely.
