I wanted to get LASIK done for some time now and was on the fence about taking the decision to go through with the procedure. My grandmother recently underwent Cataract surgery for which we consulted and was operated by Dr. Reshma Jhaveri who was recommended by our family doctor. As her result and experience was a good one, I too decided consult with Dr. Jhaveri about LASIK for myself. She intricately explained what the procedure was and all steps that would be taken pre, during and post op. That instilled the confidence I required to go though with the procedure. A day after the op now and am very happy with the result as the process from start to finish was a smooth one. She explained me the pre operative tests and their importance which many doctors skip. My tests came normal and I was OK to get operated. From the time of the surgery to followup, I felt exact events the way she had explained to me. Regular followups made sure my eyes were recovering well.
