Experience with doctor has been always nice. However, the support staff who manages billing and invoices was a pain. Initially they gave us a bill without (paid) stamp on the bill and we were told to come today i.e. Saturday. It took more than 1 hour just to mention "paid" on the bill which is required from the mediclaim perspective. Bills were printed couple of times with multiple errors as if they were doing for the first time. I had to wait down for more than an hour with my 2.5 year old grandchild in the unbearable heat for a simple requirement. Waste of time and energy I must say. Im sorry to share this experience but somehow I felt I should bring this to your notice.

Wow Good treatment. Everything systematic going to all the procedures well. Good response from Dr.Priya went through reports carefully guiding me well what to do after all that a good cateract operation conducted very good ngentle hands n good motivation

I had a lens implant on my right Eye. Dr Sameer & Dr Priya Sawant ease my decision to have the cataract surgery by explaining all the details of procedures. I am very pleased with the outcome, being able to see clearly without having to wear glasses. All staff at the center friendly & helpful. Will highly recommend Samarth Eye Care & Laser Center to all my relatives; friends & others!
