I underwent Refractive Surgery for both the eyes as I was having very high number and my age was also on the higher side. Dr Preeti in the very first meeting made me very comfortable and explained me the whole process and procedure and what would be the final result with complete clarity, no hidden statements at all. Her way of explaining builts high confidence in the patient. She is very polite and has a high patience when it comes to listening to the patients queries and questions.

I visited Dr. Preeti for treatment of my mother as she was suffering from some swelling in eyes. The best thing which I liked about her was punctuality and responsiveness. My appointment was of 5pm & she was courteous enough to call and tell me that she may be late by 10mints.I just loved that cause not everyone values time . I've been visiting Dr. Preeti Patil for routine eye check-ups for a few years now and since my power has been stable I decided to opt for LASIK. Over the years Doctor has always been on time and always patiently explains every step so I trusted her with the LASIK procedure. My experience was great and worry-free.

Before surgery, all dos, don'ts and precautions were explained. During surgery as always, Dr. Preeti was patient and kind, and explained every step throughout the procedure so I wasn't too stressed and always knew what was going on. The surgery was quick, painless and successful and I can now see perfectly well without glasses. After surgery, aftercare was clearly and thoroughly explained (precautions, eyedrop usage, etc.).

During the follow up visits, doctor answers all my queries, no matter how small so I'm grateful for that. I highly recommend Dr. Preeti as she is highly skilled, patient and very kind.
