**** ******* very friendly and knows his area of expertise very well. Explains to you in layman’s terms and will make sure you are comfortable with the (effective) treatment.
Can do a little better with wait times. I waited from 8pm to 9:25 for an appointment scheduled for 8:10pm. Everything else was very satisfactory.

Not the first time, the doctor is always late. I've had 2 instances wherein I had to wait for over 2 hours at the clinic. And as always he was late again due to which my appointment has been shifted to today. And as usual will be expecting him to be late today as well.
