To begin with, I would like to request to all the people undergoing depression, some kind of phobia or anxiety disorders that please don't consider this as a non treatable health issue. I had the same mindset for around 10 months and I let it aggravate to an extent that I almost thought of considering my existence as a complete burden on my family and it affected me so much so that I almost lost all my family members and friends. They got tired of counseling me and started avoiding me and I also pulled myself back from the people around me. People supported me when in thought they woulndnt. and i feel so much better now if i can then so can you. i was digonsed with ocd and anxiety. Dr Parul Tank is very kind and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Parul for anyone going through mental health issues, she put me to ease the first time I came in with my problem. She was patient enough to explain me that depression can be healed and controlled. Her medication immediately made me feel better for something I was dealing with for the past 3 months.
