kind doctor ! i had explained my neuropathic pain issues due to cervical nerve root compression and si joint dysfunction pain and requested a nerve block and he explained that he can help but when i mentioned arrythmia and tachycardia and sudden syncope issues he highlighted the importance of going to a cardiologist and neurologist to rule possible issues there as primary causes and to come back with the reports and then he would be able to decide regarding the nerve block. which is sensible and correct to make me address a primary issue with my heart or brain i maybe overlooking as possible causes other than the nerve damage issue.
