I visited her 1st time yesterday she asked me to get some blood test done but just for the time being she gave me some medicine and those medicine has given me so much of relief I just can't put it in word. Tomo I'll b visiting again and hope all my problems ll b solved. She is amazing

Staff watches videos and doesn’t answer phone. The phone keeps ringing that explains why my calls were never answered. I sat there for an hour and I can vouch that over 75% of their calls were not answered. 4 staff membe

Staff watches videos and doesn’t answer phone. The phone keeps ringing that explains why my calls were never answered. I sat there for an hour and I can vouch that over 75% of their calls were not answered. 4 staff members just walked around ignoring and talking amongst themselves.

Tests were recommended without explanation and even test centre or their own staff were not aware of what is being asked for or where to do it. What’s app call/messages were unanswered. Doctor herself is quite composed and seems highly experienced but awefully quite. Does not explain in detail. Most answers are yes or no so better be prepared with questions as she will not explain things promptly to you but will answer your questions in yes and no. After a few questions she will promptly and very politely remind that there are other patients waiting.

Communication and professionalism needs to improve drastically. I am sure she’s a great doctor and her time is valuable. But we pay for her time and deserve attention especially if it’s a life threatening illness and a first consultation visit.

There is no support system. It’s run like an old clinic where everyone seems busy doing nothing and the only person worthy is the Doctor herself, which leaves her with no time or attention to the patient causing dissatisfaction and delays.

I will recommend you to find another Doctor.

A good doctor, but services are unhygienic. My father under went an Endoscopy, we saw that the equipment was not being sterilised, but just being washed under running water, every patient was being called in considerably very fast after the last one, so there’s no scope of time for them to even do the necessary clinic. Really disappointed that patients are being taken for such a ride even after paying a good amount. Regardless of the fee, hygiene should be paramount in a medical facility.
