Doctor is very patient enough to listen what a patient tells about his / her problem, understands the problem clearly and gets it correctly, and suggest proper prescription as well as explains the thing or reason that why such problem has happened with us. Also, she clears all the doubts of the patient, which is quite satisfying. The clinic is well equipped with all the machinery, equipments needed for proper eye checkup and Doctor does complete eye checkup in a good way. The receptionist is also very good, receives patient with good hospitality.

She had a super keen observation about my problem and educated me as well regarding what is my medical condition, which is generally not expected with such experienced doctors.

Superb prescription and not to forget one of the drops she provided me by her clinic itself without any cost.

The doctor didn’t diagnose the issue. She said the issue was small despite me complaining of the pain when I was being asked to leave. She put a anaesthesia drop which would last for minutes to stop my complaining. She even charged for plastering a cotton patch on my eye ***** ****** * *** ** ********** *** ******** *** ** ***** ******* ****** ** *** **** ********* *** *** *** *****

Dr. Minal is very friendly and good, she explained the entire issue and also made me at ease. bleeding in my eye looked like a big issue but she explained that it is just a minor thing which is not serious. I liked her approach and detailed check-up and explanation.
