I had been struggling with vertigo and imbalance since June 2023. Despite consulting multiple specialists—ENTs, orthopedists, physiotherapists, and even trying acupressure—the episodes persisted. While some treatments provided temporary relief, the symptoms never fully subsided. In February 2024, my vertigo worsened again, leading me to finally consult a neurologist, who diagnosed me with BPPV. Though the spinning reduced with treatment, I started experiencing severe anxiety, restlessness, and a fear of being alone, likely due to the prolonged distress and late diagnosis.

In June 2024, I decided to consult Dr. Milan Balakrishnan, and I truly feel I got into the right hands. His treatment and guidance have helped me immensely, not just in managing my anxiety but in regaining my confidence and sense of normalcy. Now, in February 2025, I feel much better and am gradually returning to my everyday life.
