I was here for a routine check up. I had booked an appointment for 1230pm. But I was s just kept waiting for 2pl0 minutes without any information that the Dr will be delayed. After I asked the receptionist she told me that there was another patient inside.

After 3o minutes I was called in for consultation. I spoke to the doctor for 5 minutes when she asked me visit the washroom to get ready for a routine check up sonography. I left I bag and phone in the doctors cabin as I was sure the bathroom would have space for me to keep the same. When I returned in less than 5 minutes, I wasn't allowed inside the cabin because the Dr was attending to another patient. Which is quite weird bcz that was my time. How could the Dr take another patient inside the room when I had left my belonging there.

Anyhow I didn't say anything and went on to let her check me. Later when I went to pay the bill, I was charged 1000/- even though the lady who booked my appointment mentioned it is 500/- for a follow up check up. And when I reached inside my bag to pay I found 500/- missing from my bag. When I questioned the staff and the Dr. I was denied an explanation and every one just went on to do their usual work.

I am very upset and annoyed about this encounter. And this is the only reason I do not recommend this place.
