She completed her medical degree in Internal Medicine (M.D.) at the BJ Medical College, Pune University, Maharashtra and Superspeciality in Nephrology from National Board New Delhi. She was trained in Nephrology at Lister Hospital, Stevenage in Hertfordshire, UK and at Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Centre, Ahmedabad. She is an expert in the management of Acute Kidney Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease and End Stage Renal Disease and participates in clinical research in these areas as an investigator. She is Managing Director of Mukta Kidney and Dialysis Clinics. Her dialysis center locations are: Prabhadevi, Thane, Mira Road, and Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Dr. Zope also manages the Nephrology department for Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai, Rajiv Gandhi Medical College and Research Centre, Thane, Mumbai. She was also Honorary Professor at Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai.
