Dr. Jyotsna Patel

This is the second time we visited Dr Jyotsna and Dr Patel.My mother was admitted at kripa hospital to treat severe vomiting and dehydration.

I must say that Dr Jyotsna and Dr Patel together took really great care of my mother.They do not treat a person as a patient rather as a family member with love and support through out. Paying small attention on comfort as well as financial needs too.Was never suggested any costly unnecessary treatments.literally changing the perception of common people towards doctors for good.

i am very happy with the solution doctor provided. my health is back to normal. doctor takes time and explains everything, she is very empathetic.

Doctor is very good definitely will recommend to my friends n family abt her......I visited her for the first time,it was a good experience n she has provided medicines from her side only.....waiting for the result as my medication will start from tomorrow hopefully my problem will b solved....

I went to this doctor for the vaginal infection, vaginal swelling and inflammation but for the three days I was only given antibiotics and nothing else. I told her several times that I have pain but she didn’t prescribe anything for relief. She took Rs. 2500 each for both the visits that I made to her and in return I was given no receipt or break-up of that amount.

Moreover, after three days she asked me to go to a dermatologist wherein I was told to get biopsy to detect the infection and for that she asked me to pay Rs. 15000 at her clinic itself. * ***** *** ***** ******* ** *** ***** ****** *** *********** *** ** *** **** *** *** ******** *** ***** ** *** **** ***** ***** ** *** ****** ** * ***** *** *** ****** *** ********* ***** This time, I asked for the receipt but again no break-up was given to me.

After paying 15k she sent me to the dermatologist, wherein the dermatologist said that the Biopsy couldn’t happen on that day because the infection was way too much. I then called her and asked her to pay my refund as the biopsy test was not happening, but even after two days the refund was not transferred back* *** ****** ***** **** ****** ** **** ******* ****** ***** *** *** ** ********* *******

The behiaviour of doctor is so so good. She is really co-oporative and full of humility. My wife was suffering from dengue and she recovered successfully. Thanks to the doctor. But when it comes to the behaviour of many of her staffs, it was so worse as than that of the few ladies living in Mumbai chawl. When my wife was admitted, we bargained with doctor to do some concession in the rates, which she agreed. But after then the negligence and ignorance of her staffs started. They told us that we know how to treat the patients who do bargaing like you and compared us with road side bhajiwalas. If we were road side bhajiwalaa why they took the patient inside, because they wanted mony, which they succeeded. Their behaviour was so worse. Their language was full of humiliation. Doctor please tell your staffs to treat well with other patients as they may also suffer from their behaviour.

*** ** ** ****** *************. She is very good, responsive and kind. She just doesn't try to mint money from patients, she recommends what is genuinely needed for the patient. Very supportive and answers very patiently to all the questions.

For the people who are conscious and believe that big hospitals will treat you well, she has a small set-up but well equipped very genuine doctor. I have visited big hospitals of Mumbai but never got the satisfaction which I got after being treated from her. Very happy from the treatment given by her.

I visited Dr. Jyotsna Patel with my fiance as we had a fear of unwanted pregnancy. Initially we were quite afraid discussing the issue but Dr. Jyotsna is very open-minded and absolutely non judgmental. She made us very comfortable to discuss sensitive topics and gave us right guidance on all the issues we were facing.

She also suggested correct birth control methods and safety policies. I think she would be a good option for consulting for pre-wedding and newly married couples.

Although the clinic location was a little difficult to find out but my overall experience was very good and am extremely satisfied with the doctors method of handling patients. Visiting her definitely recommend without any doubt.
