Dr. Jayesh Gori

"Dr. Jayesh Gori is a Surgical Oncologist with focused expertise in gastrointestinal and colorectal cancers, with special interest in minimally invasive and robotic oncologic surgery. He is known for a structured, precision-oriented approach to GI oncology and is experienced in advanced colorectal procedures, sphincter-preserving surgery, and cytoreductive surgery (CRS) with HIPEC. He is recognised for his patient-centred surgical philosophy, integrating evidence-based decision-making with thoughtful preoperative planning and meticulous execution. His approach emphasises minimally invasive access whenever feasible, reduced postoperative morbidity, and long-term functional preservation for patients undergoing complex abdominal cancer surgery. He completed his MBBS, MS in General Surgery and MCh in Surgical Oncology, followed by fellowships in minimally invasive and robotic colorectal surgery, and advanced oncologic procedures including CRS/HIPEC.
