Dr. Nankani established his private practice in 1995 at Krishna Eye Centre, Dadar, and set up a second branch at Sion in 2007, since expanding with a centre at Parel. He was an honorary consultant at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai for 12 years and is a visiting consultant at the Central Private Hospital, Sharjah, UAE.
