Am sorry to say but your staff not at all supporting. Last night we had appointment for regular check up of my son but when we reach @ Garbhasankar staff told us that mam will be not coming today because it's already rescheduled for 2 months. So they asked us to come next day or any emergency visit Dr.Purnima. This is not acceptable ..we came all the way from Panvel & taken day Leave from office.

Your staff should inform us prior as we already had appointment. Day before & same day we have got reminder msg from practo itself. So staff should take initiative to inform all the patient timely.

Dr. Geetanjali Shah always has a holistic approach towards child care. It's not just medicines that she will advice but also the kind of food to be give and how that food must be cooked etc. for a child of that particular age. At times /or whenever the need arises she also passes on audios related to the sickness and how v can best take care or our baby at home. When I tell my friends about her they are always amazed at how she goes out of her way to help. She's a great teacher too. Really loved the scientific baby massage, the way she busts traditional myths. Her classes are a 'well' of information. Very useful.

Also her staff is super friendly and the ambience at her clinic is a pleasure for kids. even if your appointment is late, you don't have to worry because your kids are having fun and getting some floor time.

Dr Shah is very patient friendly. She takes history properly and does physical examination of patient very thoroughly. Examines every system so that non apparent conditions also get diagnosed. Takes 15-20 minutes for each patient and SHE DOES NOT TREAT SYMPTOMS BUT PATIENT. Many other doctors just focus on symptoms and don't look at other aspects of health and may miss other medical conditions. Her approach is holistic. She looks at patient as whole and just at symptoms. She could be ideal example for new doctors just entered in to medical practice.
