I called right before I went and they urgently booked me an appointment. It was not emergency. When I got there the Dr. was in operating room and I had to wait 1hr more. I was not happy about this but I can understand because they scheduled me very quickly.

The Receptionist was very kind and sweet. I asked for AC and she quickly apologized and put it on.

When Dr. came out of OR he took a few mins to get ready. I really felt that he gave me best consultation with patience and great explanation. Sadly I had same problem in USA and american Dr. told me everything was ok just use drops. But the problem never got better. Good thing I went to this Dr. He took pics and put it on computer screen for me to see inside eye what was small problem and had great plan to fix it. It's been a few weeks and I'm getting better. I'm eyes are bothering me less and less.

Dr. Gaurav Shah is a young down to earth person having no airs about him. Puts his patients at ease before starting the check up and treatment, so are his staff. Found it worthwhile the time spent with him and his staff.
