He's someone who is very passionate about dentistry. The enthusiasm with which he operates makes it very clear that he loves what he does. As a result of this he has a perfectionist's approach to his work.

He's one of the few doctors i've met who takes the effort of explaining every single step of the treatment to the patient. This way you know exactly what he is planning and feel actively a part of the process.

I have a lot of dental issues and have visited over 5 dentists in the last 4 years, most of them look for quick/ temporary solutions to problems. Dr. Poplai, on the other hand, suggested to me upfront that i should look for a permanent solution, even if it means waiting a little longer.

Unlike most dental clinics, his clinic in Bandra is large, airy and beautifully done up. There is always soft music playing in the background, hence one does not feel the usual nervousness/ claustrophobia experienced at most clinics.

The technology he uses is state of the art. In my case (invisible braces), brackets were specially designed to fit my teeth as one single piece by a Chinese manufacturer.

His clinic staff is extremely warm, well trained and professional. They send regular alerts and reminders for appointments.

It's very important for a patient to form trust and a certain comfort level with a doctor. Dr. Poplai makes it very easy for this to happen. He takes his work very seriously and wants the best results as much as you do. One feels a lot of ease around him as he knows exactly what he is doing and does it with a lot of confidence.

Located in the heart of Bandra, this clinic is easy to locate. I located this clinic on the internet and reading the reviews I decided to visit the place for a root canal. Being a new resident in Mumbai, Google was the only source to find a dental clinic. The doctors were courteous and explained the treatment plan well. The best part was the doctors valued my time and finished the RCT in a single sitting. I then got my crown which looked extremely natural. I am definitely a happy patient of The Dental Arch.

The Dental Arch is one of the best Dental Clinics in bandra. I was surprised seeing the beautiful interiors. On conversation with Dr. Poplai I found out that there are various speciality branches in dentistry, which I was not aware of.

I had a wonderful experience getting my Implant treatment done at the center. I was explained the procedure in detail. The best part was that the doctor was decisive in the kind of Implant to be put instead of confusing me with options. I have found my family dentist.

Great dentists. They Provided information about every single thing that they planned to do, at no point are you not aware of what's happening with you. Great follow up and patient care even after the treatment was over. Its endearing to have your dentist continuously ask your well being and comfort during the course of treatment. I am a resident of Canada and came for some work to India. I landed up having a really bad tooth ache. On inquiring for a Dentist I found out about The Dental Arch. Initially I was apprehensive about going to a dentist in India. Having no choice I did visit the clinic. On arrival I found the clinic to be at par with standards in Canada. The place was well done up and gave a cozy feeling. On examination I was told that I would require a Root Canal. The Root Canal was done in a single sitting the next day and was fortunately painless. I was also given a crown within a week. I must say that Dr. Gaurav Poplai handles the clinic with a lot of personal care. Seeing the professional attitude I also decided to get bleaching of my teeth done. Overall this was a very good experience.

The diagnoses came from across the table and pretty quickly. I got a little skeptical but she knew what he was doing! Pretty hand on there.

I had been to other doctors who did there best to scare me. Dr Gaurav simply gave a sunscreen and asked not to use anything else and said that he will try things/ treatments to resolve the problem. He tried a chemical peel( did not really work), then I got the laser done and waited for the after effects before posting the review. Its done perfectly without any scar, side effects, the issue is halfway resolved( need another session though).

Came to The Dental Arch for some fillings and a Root Canal. Was very comfortable during the procedure. The doctors are very professional and explained the procedures well. The treatments were absolutely painless.

Visited the clinic for a teeth whitening procedure. The results were exquisite. Dr. Gaurav and Dr. Kanika explained about veneers to enhance my smile. Having got veneers done I can notice the remarkable difference in my smile. I love it. I thank the doctors for all their efforts.

Immaculate sterilization protocols in the clinic. When it comes to cleanliness, I am very particular and picky. The doctors made sure all the instruments were well packaged and autoclaved. They opened the packaging of the instruments before me. Very impressive.
