Cool, friendly man! He gave a different approach to my issues. A few words and clarifications of his really enlightened me about what's actually wrong. He kinda showed me the mirror(I have had a bad experience with another impatient, judgemental & rude psychiatrist before. He was putting me under medication which wasn't required) Self analysis and control of my own mind from falling prey to stress is what I was seeking for. My search seems to end here. I have been here for just one session. He gave an awesomely patient hearing. He wasn't bothered about how much time I took. He analyzed very tiny details and guided me accordingly. One should feel good and positive after meeting his/her Shrink. He's that kinda Shrink! He has given me a few therapies/mind exercises. I've been trying those. They have worked till now. Let's wait and watch!
