Good communicator - perks being the way he addresses his patients (very friendly, I must say) and must have excelled in his studies too (seen certificates on the wall :P - trust boosting in some sense). Overall the best experience which I can expect from a dentist (orthodontist to be specific - I was there for getting braces on).
