I was recommended to consult Dr. Alpana Sowani by my general physician. I was happy that I was attended to at the pre scheduled appointment time and was not kept waiting. Dr. Sowani studied my medical history *** **** * ******** ********* ** ** ******* * *** ********* *** **** ********* *** I feel that it has contributed to improving the quality of my life. She has a system of sending a reminder SMS for followup appointments which is very usefull. Visited for my Mum's high sugar level of 350, but the doctor since then has only been insisting on buying expensive equipment of Rs 5000. She isn't focused on problem solving, giving medicines\/ insulin to control her sugar. When asked if the equipment would really benifit to reduce sugar, *** ******* ******** Had called her today and she started shouting, to which calmed her down and asked to advice what to do. No Solution recieved. Had recorded the whole conversation. nUtterly disappointed by the way she has shown professionalism and responsibility towards her patient.
