I reached the appointment well within time only to find out that the doctor isn't available. If he's not going to be available he should inform and cancel the bookings he has accepted or not accept them in the first place. This is absolutely unacceptable. Very unprofessional.

1-I booked appointment for 12pm for my son Akshay pravin rathod and doctor came after 12.55pm 2-consultation fee was 1000/- rs shown in practo where as they charged me 1600/- 3-the medicine which doctor has wrote was not

1-I booked appointment for 12pm for my son Akshay pravin rathod and doctor came after 12.55pm 2-consultation fee was 1000/- rs shown in practo where as they charged me 1600/- 3-the medicine which doctor has wrote was not available in their pharmacy so I asked receptionist should I get medicine in other medicals..? She said yes but I roamed around 10-12 medical no one have these medicine.totally spoil of money and time
