He completed DNB (Orthopedics) from NBE New Delhi in 2008. Fellowship in Reconstructive Orthopedics & Ilizarov Techniques from Centre for Limb Lengthening & Reconstruction, Mumbai. He was awarded MNAMS from NBE, New Delhi in 2020. During his fellowship and the years following that Dr Divya has received extensive training in the limb reconstruction, deformity correction using various methods and fixator systems including the new six- axis correction systems – Ortho-SUV, Hexapod & Deftfix, besides dealing with trauma and difficult bone infections. He is well versed with software assisted deformity planning & correction using Traumacad, Osirix, Horos, Ortho-SUV, Hexapod & Deftfix software. He has been a part of development & testing teams of Deftfix – the new Pitkar six-axis device, Tabplan3D – a 3D planning software which makes 3D images from 2D xrays and then doing the deformity correction planning and templating.
