I had been suffering from chronic allergy for past so many years before I consulted Dr Devang Shah in 2015. Earlier I used to take allopathic anti allergy medicines and often Antibiotic courses to take care of my problem. With the homeopathic medicines given by Dr Shah , my need for allopathic medicines for Allergy was over . The discomfort level of nasal and chest congestion arising from chronic allergy reduced and is now being controlled with the help of homeopathic medicines reasonably well. At least I am free from the side effects of allopathic medicines.

Style of consultation at The Other Song puts the patient at ease. Dr. Shah takes the analysis of the case very systematically recording even the minutest detail. Never in a hurry to dispose me off, akin to a social meeting.

To take care of an emergency , Dr Shah gives an SOS medicine and very faithfully consults and advises dosage etc on phone.

I went to him for more than two years for my son who had been diagnosed with bronchial asthma by paediatricians and was perpetually on inhalers, nebulizers and steroids. He used to have frequent bouts of fever, breathtlessness and vomitting.

Under Dr Devangs able care, the intensity and frequency of my son's episodes of illness began reducing. And even when he was unwell, it could be contained faster. It has been now one year that my son hasn't had any episodes of asthma.

Dr Devang is an extremely patient, empathetic, calm and friendly consultant and his medicines work like magic! He listens to every word and never rushes his patients - whether the consultation lasts for 15mins or 1hr. The way he probes with minimal words and makes the patient talk about their dreams, underlying emotions, childhood etc is truly magical!

His calmness is so infectious that by the end of every consultation you can’t help feeling better about any problem you may have.

He is also extremely approachable any time of the day - which is a rather comforting factor for any patient and I have immense gratitude for him for being there for his patients at all times.
