The doctor is great but the staffs at Solaris hospital are horrible, pathetic , rude behavior towards patients. My mother was made to wait 2.5hrs even after online booking. She was recommended NCV test the hospital didn't bother updating on appointment for the test.

We have wait almost more than 2 hours and that's not fair if the doctor os coming late rhen the management should inform us they just say doctor is on the way and the receptionist doesn't pick up the phone at once we have to try many time to take an appointment

A very systematic, step-by-step & precise approach for diagnosis by Dr. Deepak Aiwale, and this accompanied with his subject matter expertise, led arriving to the accurate treatment for this medical condition. My appointment was at 8 pm and I reached there on time by 7:55.When i reached there and enquire about my appointment the receptionist said that there were still 5 patients in the queue.I waited there for almost 40 minutes after that i again enquire about my no. in queue, the receptionist said that there were still 4 patients in the queue.So i decided to leave without meeting the doctor.What is the point of taking the appointment at 8 pm.Very much disappointed by the doctor, very much unprofessional doctor

Very experience doctor, i had sleep disorder since 5 years , visited many doctors but still sleep less night. I was very disappointed and was in too much stress.

I stay at mumbai and from mumbai i came down to thane to meet Dr. DEEPAK AIWALE.

After metting with him and after his counselling i get half relaxe. He gave me one month medicine and it really worked. After 4-5 days of continuation of medicine i started getting 6-7 hrs of sleep.

Doctor was friendly and only give medicine which are necessary. No unncessary test. I recommend him. Only concern is appointment might change depend upon doctor availability.

the staff was helpful.

Cons- the doctor came one and a half hour late for our appointment.

He did not test my sister for any neurological reflexes but gave her a medicine. The doctor was also ignorant of recent trends in social epidemiology
