had to wait for more than 2 hours as the doctor was not there at the hospital. this is absolutely bad infact really bad that patients need to wait for doctors and that too 2-2hours even after having prior appointment. is

I hope next time I will see improvements and professionalism.

And every time you go your are charged different rates and when you try and variefy the same with a supervisor or accounts and admin they are extremely rude and tell you this is how they work and they say you can talk to Dr. Das himself.
