It was Dr Chaitali's weekly off. You still gave me an appointment with her and the Lifeforce Clinic wasn't informed that the appointment was sought for Dr Chaitali. They gave me appointment with the other doctor in the clinic. It wasn't the clinic's fault because they weren't informed that the appointment was for Dr Chaitali. So I travelled 30 mins in the afternoon sun, only to leave immediately from there and travel another 30 mins in the sun. Thats 1 hour of my life gone in pointless travel, because Practo lacks basic communication etiquette.
