Over all good experience , examination procedure explained well, consultation fee is reasonable. Waiting time is minimal.

The doctor is well experienced. She tell us about our problem in detail and give a very satisfactory treatment. Most of the doctors don't explain the problem only they write some medicine but here the doctor explain our problem in very detailed way and then give us treatment

Consulted Dr. Kotak for frequent headache around left eye. Was concerned that it could be some severe vision issue. She checked my eyes and confirmed that everything seems fine; suggested eye drops and a physician visit just to be sure. She was very helpful in explaining what could and couldn’t be the problem. Would recommend her for any one else who might have eye releated issue

The experience was best and she was friendly. Also , she took time explaining all the problems and issues.

So along with my husband whose eyes got red in his sleep. We went to see Dr. Chandni to get his eyes chechked she said there is no injury n the redness will go within few days.

I too got my eyes checked she thorughly checked my eye pressure Gloucoma Retina n Cornea. Inside the wall of my right eye she found some problem n said my Cornea is weak n gave me an oitment n drops to put. Before this treatment I used to have problem reading the Newspaper n seeing mobile msgs. Which were not clear. But by God.s grace n my Dr Chandni.s loving hands i could see a slight difference in vision which was better than before.

I am still under her treatment n I have to go n visit her after a month.

A very loving n caring n on top of it politely she would treat you personally. With a touch of class.

Dr Chandni has been extremely courteous and friendly throughout the process.

She explained everything in a v simple manner and suggested possible solutions.

She went out of her way to extend her working hours for me. From the v first visit, it was clear that her expertise could be trusted.

And she was able to answer any and all questions I had while being extremely patient.

More than anything, where she stands out is giving each patient a good amount of time and just making them feel comfortable and keeping them engaged.

I have never felt the need for a second opinion. I got both my parents cataract for both eyes done by her. I and my family and friends have blind faith in her ability as a doctor and she has always lived up to it.
